A bald doll seems like a small thing, but this new doll will significantly impact a kid with alopecia. Here's why - the toys we see and the media we consume shapes the way we see the world and ourselves. When kids grow up consuming media that praises only certain beauty types, they internalize those ideals even if they look nothing like the standard.
